Neighborhoods and Suburbs
Russell Township
Russell Township is a semi-rural community in the Chagrin Valley with a history that reaches back to 1818 when the Gideon Russell family first settled here. The large-lot zoning and commitment to preserving green space fosters a country-living experience while at the same time offers close proximity to shopping and services.

The community enjoys wildlife preserves, equestrian paths and hiking trails. Russell has a reputation and history of preserving and protecting the natural environment. While most of Russell is served by the excellent West Geauga Schools, a small portion of Russell attends the equally excellent Chagrin Falls schools.
