Chagrin Falls
Chagrin Falls is a charming town reminiscent of a New England village. This village is the hub of the Chagrin Valley. The historic downtown is filled with plentiful independent shops and restaurants. The public park that runs through town alongside its namesake waterfall is home to many festivals enjoyed by both locals and visitors. Summer finds residents mingling with their neighbors and enjoying band concerts near the gazebo in the village's Triangle Park.

Chagrin Falls residents enjoy a walkable and architecturally intriguing historic village with a natural waterfall and dam located in the center of town. The village lifestyle is treasured by the community a draw to visitors from around the world.
The annual Memorial Day Weekend Blossom Time Festival features hot air balloons, a carnival, and parade. Widely attended Friday night football games add to the sense of community. Additional events include a Home & Garden Tour, Yoga by the Falls, sidewalk sales, holiday traditions, and a seasonal farmers market.
Housing
Chagrin Falls is home to around 20 distinct historical architecture styles including Victorian, Italianate, Gothic, and Greek Revival century homes found within walking distance of the center of town; many are on the historic register. The downtown also offers a few condominium options. Newer homes can be found just outside of the village center.
Amenities
This small village is also home to many arts merchants and arts organizations including the Valley Arts Center, the Chagrin Documentary Film Festival, the Chagrin Valley Little Theatre, and the Chagrin Falls Studio Orchestra.
The village is full of history and has an active historical society and museum.

Chagrin Falls has abundant green space including playgrounds, walking trails, a nature preserve, and large sports fields.

Residents enjoy access to the Cuyahoga County Public Library through the Chagrin Falls Branch which offers programming for all ages.

The Chagrin Falls Exempted Village Schools are consistently ranked in the top ten schools in Cuyahoga County. Chagrin schools are smaller and well-funded, giving them a private school feel.
