Ohio City
Located just west of downtown Cleveland, Ohio City is a neighborhood in the city of Cleveland and is home to gorgeous housing stock ranging from century homes in the Victorian and Federal style to modest workman’s cottages.

Anchored by the West Side Market (a year-round European food market) St. Ignatius private boys Catholic high school, and dozens of shops and restaurants along W. 25th Street. Ohio City also has one of the largest urban farms (6 acres) in the city of Cleveland. Tall trees line the streets where homes sit shoulder to shoulder with plenty of front porches and block-club meetings to encourage neighborliness. It provides easy access to freeways and an RTA rapid station that connects to downtown, the airport and the near eastside, making living there convenient. The Hingetown area (where Ohio City connects with Detroit Shoreway) is home to Transformer Station, the Cleveland Museum of Art’s progressive westside “annex” and one of the original Carnegie library branches that is actively used by residents. Homes range from $50K to over $1M.
