Cuyahoga Falls
Cuyahoga Falls is the second largest city in Summit County. It was founded in 1812 and centers on a series of waterfalls along the Cuyahoga River. The city is known for its historic downtown, abundant outdoor activities, and for the Blossom Music Center, an outdoor concert venue and the summer home of the Cleveland Orchestra since 1968, which is situated on 800 acres of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Cuyahoga Falls is home to 51,114 residents and is part of the Akron Metropolitan Area, which has a population of 702,219.
It is home to a variety of businesses, both local and big box, as well as many restaurants, breweries, and Sarah’s Vineyard.
Thousands of people visit Downtown Cuyahoga Falls every summer for weekly events, including Falls Downtown Fridays, that bring the community together over food and entertainment.
Cuyahoga Falls has nine neighborhood walking trails and 26 neighborhood parks spread throughout the city limits. Residents can also enjoy the Cuyahoga Falls Library.
The city offers residents and visitors the Brookledge Golf Course and the Downview Sports Center, a family entertainment center complete with an 18-hole miniature golf course, batting cages, skate park, and driving range with 32 outdoor tees, 15 covered tees and 10 additional heated tees.
Floating down the lazy river is a Cuyahoga Falls favorite activity, whether it is at the Waterworks Family Aquatic Center or through Float the River, which offers Cuyahoga River tubing, rafting, and kayaking.
Cuyahoga Falls is mainly served by two school districts. The original area of the city makes up nearly all of the Cuyahoga Falls City School District. The neighboring village of Silver Lake is also part of Cuyahoga Falls City Schools.
The northwest portion of the city is served by Woodridge Local Schools, which also serves portions of Akron, as well as most of Boston Township (including Peninsula).
A small area in the northeast of the city is zoned for the Hudson City Schools, and a small area in the far northwest of the city is zoned for Revere Local Schools. Another small area is zoned for the Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools.
