It has easy access to freeways, Downtown Cleveland, and the airport. It is a blend of blue-collar workers in modest homes living next door to professionals in newly developed four-story townhomes. Its pedestrian-friendly, tree-lined streets are walkable to trendy restaurants, bars, shops, and Lincoln Park, the green space that anchors the neighborhood.
